Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Visibility Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI Visibility Tracker is a SaaS platform that monitors how AI assistants (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and others) mention and cite your brand. The Service includes visibility scoring, competitor analysis, content recommendations, and reporting tools.

You must create an account using Google OAuth to use the Service. Each account is assigned a workspace. You are responsible for all activity within your workspace. You may not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD via Stripe
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the billing cycle ends
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period
• If a payment fails, your workspace may be locked until the payment is resolved
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance email notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Exceed API rate limits or abuse the scan infrastructure
• Resell access to the Service without an Agency plan agreement
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your company information, prompts, or reports. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for delivering the Service.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service downtime.

AI Visibility Tracker is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI visibility data, as it depends on third-party AI model behavior which may change. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms with 30 days' email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
