Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and Google profile information provided through OAuth sign-in. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google.

When you use the platform, we collect data about your projects, competitors, prompts, and AI visibility scans. This data is stored securely in our database and is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

• To process your visibility scans across AI platforms (Gemini, Claude)
• To generate reports, recommendations, and content briefs
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails about your account and scans
• To respond to support requests

Your prompts and company information are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to perform visibility analysis. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI provider data processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.

All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. Third-party integration tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Stripe handles all payment card data — we never store credit card numbers.

Your account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, all associated data (projects, scans, reports) is permanently deleted within 30 days. AI usage logs are retained for 12 months for billing reconciliation.
